I started my culinary career in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, where I realized that cooking was my passion. After that I graduated from the pestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York. Since then, I worked in Hawaii, Australia, Wales, Nantucket Island. Lately I worked at the upscale University Club of Chicago and opened a restaurant in Fond du Lac, Wi called Trinity.
